A Legacy of Commercial Construction
Feasterco Construction has been a trusted leader in commercial construction since 1986, when founder Ted Feaster established the company in Ocala, Florida. Ted graduated from the University of Florida’s Building Construction program in 1976 and has been a licensed Certified General Contractor ever since. He also served on Florida’s Construction Industry Licensing Board from 2016 to 2024, culminating in his appointment as Chairman in 2024.
Today, Feasterco Construction is a state-certified general contractor backed by more than 100 years of combined industry experience. We deliver high-quality construction services to clients throughout the Southeast, building lasting relationships through integrity, craftsmanship, and exceptional project execution.
While we are widely recognized for our expertise in hotel and hospitality development, our capabilities extend across a broad range of commercial construction sectors, including industrial, multifamily, and general commercial projects. We also specialize in renovations, adaptive reuse projects, and project takeovers, providing clients with experienced leadership and reliable solutions from concept to completion.
